Our congress will be held at Limak Limra Hotel & Resort in Antalya, Kemer. You can find information about accommodation & registration packages and services below.

The early registration deadline for accommodation is xtended to June 1, 2022 [Last call]. Payment and registration must be completed by this date. Accommodation registration after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Limak Limra Hotel & Resort is one of the largest family resorts in Kemer, Antalya, where mountains and sea meet each other.Ultra-all inclusive vacation in a place where you have large green fields & clean mountain air.


Airport – Hotel Transfers (Arrival & Departure Shuttle)

A shuttle will be arranged from the airport to the congress hotel and from the congress hotel to the airport.


Certificate of Attendance

Will be presented by the organization secretariat during the congress.


Congress Bag

Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.


Programme & Abstract Book

The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area in a usb memory. *An additional book will not be published.


Badge and Pocket Program

The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.


Coffee Breaks

Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.


Lunches

During the congress, an open buffet lunch will be served accompanied by the rich cuisine of Limak Limra Hotel.


Welcome Reception

An opening cocktail will be held at our congress.


Gala Dinner

At the closing of the congress, a gala dinner will be held with live music.

* Only Registration Fee’ includes attendance to the congress, congress bag, programme and abstract book, certificate of attendance. Tea, coffee, lunch, etc. of the participants who will not stay in the hotel and will participate from outside. In addition to the registration fee, they must pay the daily attendance fee to the hotel in order to benefit from such services.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully the general information and conditions:

  • In case of cancellation until June 17 : Full refund
  • June 17 -August 15, 2022: 50% refund
  • After August 15, 2022: No refund
  • All refunds will only be made after congress
  • All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.
